1 day - Stiffe caves | Easy path from Campana village to Stiffe caves; visit at the wonderful karst caves, characterised by an underground river which create suggestive waterfalls inside the mountain. Lunch / Snack at “Villa nel Paese di Stiffe” farmhouse.

1 day - Around Fontecchio | Easy path from Campana village to Fontecchio; visit the village, “Spazio della Memoria” memorial of 2009 erthquake, wildlife “Oasi del Capriolo”. Inside the village you can observe “Torre dell’Orologio” a medieval building with one of the most ancient clocks in Italy. Lunch at “Sirente di Fontecchio”  restaurant.

1 Day - Toward Bominaco | One day path from Campana to Bominaco village; admire the wonderful medieval  frescoes inside San Pellegrino oratory, Santa Maria dell’Assunta church and Bominaco Medieval Castle. Lunch at “A Bominaco” restaurant.

• 2 Days - Le Pagliare | First day -  Guided hiking until Pagliare, an ancient farm village in the mountains. Packed lunch. Guided hiking until Goriano Valli’s village; guided tour of this medieval village and in the “Vigna di More” farmhouse with a biological products tasting. Dinner and overnight stay in a local farmhouse. Second day - Arrival at Fontecchio: tour of the village, 2009 earthquake memorial “Spazio della Memoria”, wildlife “Oasi del Capriolo”. Inside the village you can observe “Torre dell’Orologio” a medieval building with one of the most ancient clocks in Italy. Dinner and overnight stay in a local accomodation facility. 
• 2 Days - Sant’Erasmo hermitage | First day - Guided hiking until Bominaco village and tour of the wonderful medieval frescoes inside San Pellegrino oratory, Santa Maria dell’Assunta church and Bominaco Medieval Castle. Lunch at “A Bominaco” restaurant. Arrival at Caporciano with dinner and overnight stay in a local farmhouse. Second day - Guided hiking at Sant’Erasmo hermitage, wonderful medieval building in high-mountain with the view over Abruzzi mountain ranges. Packed lunch at the hermitage. Return to Campana.

DAY 1:

• Individual arrival or transfer from the point of arrival to the accommodation facility in Aterno Valley
• Meeting with the expert guide and first tour
• Dinner based typical recipes, meeting with the tour guide to know the itinerary and delivery of the documentation

DAY 2:

• After breakfast, start of the second tour
• Lunch with a packed lunch based on local products or in a restaurant
• Dinner and overnight stay 

DAY 3:

• After breakfast, third tour
• Lunch with a packed lunch based on local products or in a restaurant
• Return to the accomodation in the afternoon, greetings and departure from the own destinations
